BLIS™ and Cross Traffic Alert

This feature can assist in heavy traffic and when backing up. When a vehicle enters your blind spot or approaches quickly from behind, you can be alerted by a light in the door mirrors. And if you drift into the path of another vehicle, your Volvo can help steer you back into your lane. To help make parking safer, it can also alert you of crossing traffic when you're backing up out of a parking space with limited rear visibility. It can even brake for you if there's a risk of collision. BLIS™ and Cross Traffic Alert is part of our driver awareness technologies.
