When activated, it helps you descend smoothly from 8 to 40 km/h (5 to 25 mph) using engine braking or, if needed, by braking each wheel individually – you just have to steer. You can brake anytime or, if you prefer, accelerate to adapt the speed. The smooth accelerator characteristics of Hill Descent Control also make it easier to drive off when towing a heavy trailer or a boat up a ramp. It also works in reverse gear.

Lane Keeping Aid

Lane Keeping Aid adds convenience to highway driving. If you get too close or unintentionally cross a lane marking, it will gently steer your vehicle back into the lane or alert you with vibrations in the steering wheel. Constantly monitoring your position on the road, Lane Keeping Aid provides smooth support at speeds between 65 km/h and 200 km/h (40 mph and 124 mph).
