Up to seven people can travel comfortably with excellent views in individual, ergonomically designed seats. All seats adjust easily to suit personal preferences and in the third row, two passengers of up to 170 cm (5 ft 9 in.) ride comfortably with ample legroom. Each seat on the second row slides and reclines individually to maximize comfort or further enhance legroom in the third row. And to facilitate getting in and out of the third row, the outer seat backrests of the second row fold conveniently and the seat can be pushed forward. Further enhancing the versatility of your XC90, each rear seat is easy to fold individually into the cargo area floor so that you can transport both passengers and cargo without compromising on comfort.

Four-zone climate system

The four-zone climate system allows the driver, front-seat passenger and outer rear-seat passengers to create their own individual climate comfort zone. Temperature, air distribution and blower speed are intuitively controlled using the center display with touchscreen and the settings are easily accessed for both the driver and the front-seat passenger. The passengers on the outer rear seat positions can control their own temperatures and blower speeds individually via an elegant touch control panel. They can also enjoy the added comfort of individual air vents at the rear end of the tunnel console.

Steering wheel remote control

Control many of the vehicle's functions intuitively while driving without taking your hands off the steering wheel. The right steering wheel remote controls allow you to operate the audio system, phone, messages, menu navigation and trip computer. Google Assistant voice control is activated at the touch of a button. You can control the vehicle's driver assistance functions using the left-side steering wheel buttons.

Adaptive Cruise Control

This feature adapts speed to help you maintain an appropriate distance to slower vehicles. Lane Keeping Aid

This feature assists you at speeds above 65 km/h (40 mph). If you're about to cross a lane marking without using the indicator, the vehicle will gently steer you back into the lane. If the steering intervention is not enough or you keep steering across the lane markings, you'll be alerted with vibrations in the steering wheel. Park Assist, rear and front

Rear and Front Park Assist help facilitate maneuvering into tight spaces with restricted visibility. As the vehicle gets closer to an obstacle, you're alerted by a pulsating sound from the rear or front loudspeakers and graphics in the center display. The frequency of the warning sound increases the closer you get to the obstacle. Rear Park Assist helps you when backing up in tight spaces. And if you get too close an obstacle behind the vehicle, it can brake automatically.
